We really would not want to pick which issues happen to be more serious when it really comes down to it. Both floods and fires as well as pretty much any other issue that we could be called in to help with is going to have its negative impact. Unlike water, issues fires are not something that we are really going to be able to be called upon to put out. That still does not change the fact that we happen to believe that the best thing that we can do is to arrive on the scene pretty early. A lot of the issues can be better resolved when they are attacked on time.
What To Remove What To Restore
This is always going to be the first step that we are going to need to take in order to really ensure you, that we are for real in a sense. Obviously in the case of a fire usually we are not going to be able to save everything. To be honest we may also need some help going through some restorations. The first thing that we need to do though is to be realistic about what we are going to be able to do and what we aren’t.
This is one of the toughest things to diagnose if you will. A lot of times what happens is that you can have a lot of marks on walls and roofs that you are going to be able to paint over without much of a problem. This is not always going to be the case though. There are going to be certain instances where we find that the walls are basically crumbling beneath the smoke damage. In these cases the restoration effort is going to be a lot more extensive of course!
At What Point Can We Start?
Nor all situations are going to be made equal there are certain cases where we are going to be able to start as soon as the fire has been put out. This is not always going to be the case. If the fire was very extensive or there is an investigation that is going on to determine why the fire happened to take place we may not be able to start as quickly as we would have hoped. At the end of the day though we recommend that you give us a call early in the process so that we can give you a good idea of what we may be able to help you with!
